You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited, including (but not limited to): United States, Canada, Iran, and countries subject to international sanctions.

You comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country of residence.

4. Account Registration and Verification
   In order to access the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

We may request additional verification to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and applicable regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Services Provided
   Access to a platform offering exchange-listed securities, ETFs, commodities, metals, and listed equity and index derivatives.

No advice, signals, forecasts, or recommendations are provided.

We do not guarantee investment performance, returns, or future market behavior.

All investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk.

6. Fees and Charges
   All fees and charges associated with your account will be disclosed transparently prior to executing any transaction.

We do not apply hidden fees, bonus schemes, leverage, or cashback promotions.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by relevant authorities.

7. Market Risk
   Investing in financial markets involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for evaluating the risks of each investment.

8. Prohibited Use
   You agree not to:

9. Platform Availability

Platform maintenance, technical failures, or third-party interruptions may limit availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

Market performance

Trading decisions made by you

Platform interruptions or technical failures

Unauthorized access to your account

The total liability of Digital Marketing Titans OÜ is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for services directly rendered.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Marketing Titans OÜ, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
